Amani has owned a successful catering business since moving to Utah in 2001. Wanting to balance the art of cooking with smart business procedures, she decided to attend school and become a licensed Personal Chef. During that time, her love of creating and developing recipes has brought her so much joy. The most satisfying aspect of creating meals for Amani is being able to nurture through nutrition and tasty, eye-appealing food.
When she learned about the Chef opportunity available at Monuments, she was looking for a job, where she could do what she does best and the heart and the vision of the owners of the company elevated her Outlook. Amani loves the feeling of being a part of a family who's intent is to elevate the lives of the boys in our care. She feels this, in turn, has added depth to her function in the kitchen.
Amani loves being with her family, especially her grandkids.
